  • Came for the first time on a Sunday for pretty much full body wax, which I specified over the phone two weeks prior. The woman who did my wax was the same one that spoke to me on the phone. She agreed to a certain price for all the services I asked for and then when I was there and she was waxing she said I didn't ask for this and that and that each is extra. As if that's not enough she let the other girl who only knows nails help her wax. The girl didn't even know to apply the wax in the same direction as hair growth. I told her I don't want the other girl waxing if she hasn't gone to school for it and they never listened. At this point I didn't argue too much because I didn't want them to mess me up more than they already had. I never let them get near me for Brazilian and arms which were still left to do because they were just raising the price and they'd left numerous hairs on my legs. Please save yourself the disappointment and just go to Petals which is my regular place but was strapped for time and they're a bit out of the way at Yonge and Bloor
