  • My A/C was blowing hot air so I decided to take it into Auto A/C Xpress due to the great reviews on Yelp but I was skeptical because most of the reviews were from people who only reviewed this company so they didn't seem legit. I should've trusted my instinct. I called and spoke with Tony and I brought my car in that afternoon. He checked it out and within 10 minutes he had a diagnosis. He said it needed a recharge. I said fine. 20 minutes later, he walks in and says I'm all set. So I asked if it was fixed and he said "it's blowing cooler now but you'll probably have to get the compressor fixed and that's real expensive." I don't understand why he just put a bandaid on it if he knew what the real underlying problem was. I explained to him that we were traveling that weekend and we would have our newborn with us so we needed the A/C to work and he said it was probably fine. That afternoon, I took my car for a drive. Not even 10 minutes later, my A/C is blowing hot air again. I called Tony twice before speaking with him. I told him it didn't work and I needed a quote for fixing the compressor. He said he would call me back. Haven't heard from him. Called twice since then and nothing. Waste of $70 that I could have used towards REALLY fixing my car.
