  • Atmosphere: 5 Service: 5 Price: 5 (as in 5 $ signs) Expectations: 5 Drinks: 5 Food: meh.....2? Not 2 because of the price, but 2 because it was actually just 2 quality. The $45 price tag for the Halibut fish stick that arrived naked on a tire-sized plate......not really helping my over all review, but the most disappointing course was the scallops swimming in a garlic-garlic-garlic-butter sauce that was so overwhelming, but still barely covered up the fishiness of the scallops. I was in Scottsdale for 3 nights and unfortunately Mastro's OC provided the worst dinner of the 3.......and the other 2 combined still came in at almost $80 less.
