  • My husband and I hired Kyle to inspect our (potential) first home. We were able to schedule with him on extremely short notice. His communication was excellent. My husband and I arrived to the house about 2.5 hours after Kyle had arrived. He wasn't quite finished yet so we explored our new home a little bit more without realtors breathing down our necks. Once he was finished, he started going over his findings with us. He was verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry thorough, and explained things so that we could easily understand what was wrong, and what his recommendations were. He took super detailed photos of everything as well, on his digital camera, for the report. He caught all kinds of things we wouldn't have known until move in (window doesn't stay open, drain plug missing), as well as super stressed the important things to address ASAP like moisture in the basement and the slope of dirt going up to the house. He emailed us our full inspection report the next morning (our inspection was late in the afternoon). I would highly recommend THIS business if you need a home inspection. If you haven't had your home inspected in a while you really should take advantage of this service, you will not be sorry.
