  • Delicious high end brunch with impeccable and warm service. Bobby Flay menu combines flavor and spices in upscale southwestern dishes. I enjoyed the ranch tostada with eggs and crispy home fries and my hubby enjoyed the sweet potato poached egg with creamy grits. The sides of chorizo and bacon were perfectly cooked with nice smoky flavor. My daughter had the best quesadilla of her life and fresh squeezed orange juice. I know brunch fare is usually boring but Mesa Grill makes it an experience. Note it is located right behind the sports box at Caesars so if you love Sunday football this is the place to watch 10 screens while you have a gourmet brunch!!
