A cute French spin on a steakhouse. Definitely has a good romantic atmosphere, though it isn't the most quiet restaurant. Still, a good mixture of classy and upscale casual.
I dined here with my bf on 10/16/2011, and we shared their smoked salmon appetizer while ordering some steaks for the main course.
The smoked salmon was presented well and was very tasty. The ingredients were fresh and arranged in a way that the diner can easily craft their own smoked salmon canape with all of the fixings. It did not at all have an overwhelmingly fishy flavor that smoked fish can have. It was mild, savory, slightly sweet and buttery in texture.
My boyfriend ordered the steak bordelaise and I had the filet mignon with creme fraiche (omg). The steaks were cooked to the proper temps and were a very fair price to quality to portion ratio.
All in all, not bad.
