  • This restaurant is pretty mediocre, I've caught some dirty utensils here and there... I also had a bowl of cold pho before but it's generally a standard Vietnamese restaurant. This would not be a go to though if I recommended a pho place, this is like a last resort and I'll deal with it type of restaurant.
