  • Hotel is a vintage...their machines are so tight unlike other Casinos. Room smells, bathroom and sink are clogged; lamp shades have bulbs but no good. What happened to your cleaning maids? Anything malfunctions, they should report them to the desk! Don't they check everything to please your customers before they arrive to their rooms!! Customers are not informed in regards to what amenities are available to customers that are or should be provided for them! I would give more stars or nothing but one is good enough. Please improve your service and much nicer front desk employees with smiles. It will help a lot.
