  • My boyfriend and I just returned from a great vacation in Vegas and dining at Pinot Brasserie (located in the Venetian) was definitely a highlight of our trip! It was our first time at this charming Parisian brasserie and the food was exceptional! I ordered the Jidori Chicken (tender, juicy and well seasoned), while my boyfriend had the Lamb Loin (also great!). We added sides of the mushroom fricasse and mashed potatoes, which I highly recommend ordering since the entrees are more or less a la carte. For dessert, we opted for the Belgian chocolate soufflĂ©. Perfectly cooked and very moist. Our waitress was sweet, as was the GM who we briefly met, and the service was very efficient. While we didn't get too lucky at the casinos, we hit the jackpot with Pinot Brasserie. You should definitely go here the next time you are in Vegas. It's a guaranteed win!
