  • Sundance really let us down with the Grand Canyon motor coach tour. The company that they use for the motor coach tour is a complete joke. See Grand Canyon Tour Company reviews. What really bothered me is that Sundance doesn't tell you that they're outsourcing such a large part of your tour, and that tour company is a complete disaster. When we finally were able to take the helicopter into the Canyon, it was only a 5 minute flight each way and neither of the pilots said a word to us. This was supposed to be the highlight of the tour. We then get to the boat ride portion. This involved a motorized boat ride, lasting again, only 5 minutes, and then floating back to the original departure spot. The entire trip we felt like cattle herded along as quickly as possible. We had no idea that this is what we were signing up for and were beyond disappointed! For over $400 we paid per person (found out another guy on the tour who didn't book through Sundance paid $100 less per person), we expected a MUCH better and organized experience.
