Received excellent customer service from Melissa, and after shopping around at several other places in town (Sears, Costco, mattress firm & Macy's home) we decided to return to Best Mattress.
We felt the prices and service we received couldn't be beat, so ultimately we purchased from Best Mattress. We also liked that it was a locally owned and operated company.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to delivery. We were not called until the morning of our delivery day to be given our window of time. Then we were only given a 5 minute warning they would be arriving.
We have had movers, and other furniture delivered this week and the other companies gave 24-48 hour notice of delivery time and then a 20-45 minute warning to let us know service or delivery person were on the way.
To me, it is unreasonable to give little warning. When I was called and told they were 5 minutes away I said it would take me 15 minutes to get to the new house and I was told they would have to reschedule our delivery and couldn't guarantee it would be same day. So I ran the mile over (I was driving to pick up milk for my toddler) so I wouldn't have to reschedule.
All in all, I still recommend but the delivery process is annoying nonetheless.
