  • Atrocious service! Called to make reservations. Hostess said "Sure" and put me on HOLD for 7minutes. Then another Hostess picked up and said NO, no more reservations today??? But they have plenty of room... came in and NO room... not even at bar! There are hundreds of restaurants in Toronto, and more than a dozen gastropubs! There were four around the same area even! For a place to be so rude and obnoxious and refuse reservations is ridiculous. They are not going to get my money just on principle of bad first impressions! Shame!
