  • We stayed in a Classic Executive Suite on the 32nd Floor with a strip view. Pro's Close to better hotels Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room, hallway, and elevator clean Cons's Very Very Very Smokey Casino, and lobby Worst ventilation or lack of on the strip Casino has very poor drink service Not very many food options in the hotel A/C did not work properly, and they were unable to fix The Rooms are very outdated early 1990's maybe? Also very dark Sagging mattress, bad pillows Broken furniture No Cell Phone reception in room, but perfect in the hotel lobby and casino The lady who checked us in was rude The lady who checked us out was rude Don't expect to ever win in this casino Lots of Drunks roaming the hallways A very sad pool area Rooms that face Carnival Court or the Pool are very noisy, they didn't warn us they play Loud music from Noon to 4:00am (don't expect to sleep much) We won't be back. Our stay at Harrah's was a big disappointment.
