  • This location has a great selection of beauty supplies at outlet prices however their customer service SUCKS. I've been treated rudely and left feeling unwelcome on multiple occasions. Most recently I walked in asking to exchange a nail polish top coat I purchased the night before and hadn't opened (once I took it home and read the label I realized it contained toluene, a chemical that can cause birth defects and other nasty things). I checked the BSO's receipt before going back and it clearly states all products can be exchanged within 14 days. Despite this when I asked to do an exchange one of the employees (maybe the manager?) yelled rudely from across the store that nail polishes were final sale. I informed her that this is not what is stated on their receipt. After a long pause (which lead me to believe that she made up this rule) she said "fine we'll do it for you". To top it all off she didn't even wait until I was out the door before asking her coworker who had cashed me out "did she open it???". I clearly told them both I did not. No one deserves to be treated like garbage while giving a business their money. Furthermore I'm happy to comply with return policies when they are made clear on receipts or signage. I don't think I'll ever be going back to this location.
