We had our car oil changed at this location at the endof august. The same day after the service, we started hearing an intermittent dragging sound coming from under the car. We thought we had just driven over some junk on the road and it was making the tire sound weird. A few days later, the splash guard under the front of our car came down almost totally while my spouse was driving to work. We had a mechanic friend take it down fully - he said that there were multiple screws missing and the tabs weren't inserted properly to hold it up. The piece is now ruined from dragging and we have to spend $250 at the dealership to get it replaced. We can't prove it was the oil change that did it, but given the timing, it seems highly likely that the technician didn't replace that splash guard properly when they did our oil change. The kicker? Our mechanic friend who helped us take the splash guard down when it was dragging said that the exact same thing had happened to him on two different cars at the same location we went to. Our car has less than 15,000 miles on it, so it definitely wasn't normal wear and tear. What was a cheap and easy oil change has turned into hundreds of dollars and frustration of time off work, etc. Avoid this location at all costs.
