  • This place embodies every thing you've ever heard that was bad about a Jiffy Lube. Don't go here. I called ahead and was told the price for a basic oil change was $25. The assistant manager gave me that oil change and attempted to charge me $35 for it. When I told him I had called ahead and received the $25 quote, he changed the price immediately, almost like I caught him in a lie. When I arrived they asked me to get out of my car which was odd to me. All express oil change places I've been to in the past have you sit in your car while they service it. They shuffled me inside and stated there was water and coffee. There was neither, just sugar packets and a dirty table where coffee and water should have been. When I left, my car was making a distinct knocking noise. I immediately circled around. They took a look and said the guy who did the oil change forgot to reattach a hose/line of some sort when he took out a filter. They fixed it. Update: Manager saw my Yelp review and called to apologize. He also offered a free oil change. That was nice of him. I did not take him up on his offer.
