  • Unethical. Told we needed to completely replace rear brakes (rotors) and pads. Quoted $500. Just had oil change (and front brakes done) here a week ago and they did a brake inspection and never mentioned needing new rotors and pads for rear brakes. Took car across the street to Brake Masters, measured rotors and showed us minimum. They told us we wouldn't need to replace rotors for another 50K miles or more! Replaced pads for $139! Why is it so difficult for auto repair shops to be honest?! Save yourself some stress and cash and don't go here!
