rev:text	I waited for my appointment for 55 minutes at the new location on Washington. If it wasn't for me asking the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk staff when my therapist could take me back, the office manager/my physical therapist Suzanne wouldn't have come up and told me in person that she was running behind. Needless to say, I didn't stay for my appointment because I had to leave by the time I was told she could take me back. HUGE waste of time. If I could give them no stars I would.
