  • First off the food and beer selection was 5 stars. All of that was great. We ordered the pretzels, the poutine and the quesadilla special and it was all fantastic. However, Im sad to say that the service was 1 star. Right after our food was delivered she did come ask how it was and then we didnt see her again. About 10 minutes into our food my husband was ready for another beer and i was out of water. We saw her going back and forth to other tables but she was not close enough for us to get her attention. It was awkward because we spent the rest of our meal debating: do we go ask the bartender, do we keep trying to make eye contact? We didnt want to come across as rude but we probably should have just gone to the bar. Eventually, she and i made eye contact and her expression let me know that she had forgotten us and she rushed right over. Unfortunately, we had been done for a while so we ordered some poptarts to go and left. We are definitely going to go back. Hopefully the service experience was just a fluke. Everything else was really great.
