  • Obviously overpriced and "luxury" apartments in the middle of Scottsdale shouldn't come with a washer and dryer that are 10 years old. Not only that the quality of the apartment itself was sub-par and the amenities of the community were nothing special. The gentleman in the front office was awesome but that's probably the only positive take away I have after 1 year of living here.
