  • Absolutely hate this location. Their staff is rude and every time I would go to the desk to sign on, the teeny bopper girls act so put out. Rarely a hello or an acknowledgement of any sort, pathetic customer service overall. I went and cancelled this past week due to going to Orangetheory now. Even when cancelling...even when they are losing business...the girls and the manager looked put out. The manager answered the phone, spoke to other staff, was rude to a fellow disgruntled member, just pathetic. Folks, take your money elsewhere. You are not valued at LA Fitness.
