  • I called for some Converse Chucks. The manager(I'm assuming) with the black hat was so nice. I called while I was at work and he put my shoes on hold. I like to shop around and wasn't sure if I was going to purchase the shoes on hold. I arrived at Meadows Mall and checked out Shoe Palace which had a HUGH variety of chucks...however, in my 15 minutes in the store, I was not greeted nor was I asked if I needed help. I headed to Journey's and I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything, the manager guy with the black hat remembered my name and grabbed my shoes that he put on hold for me. He was leaving the store since his shift was done but he stayed to help me with my shoes. He was friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. I will for sure only shop here for shoes since the service is by far superior to other shoe stores. I don't care about the price, I would rather pay the few extra bucks for great customer service!!!
