  • The selection, prices and quality at this store are A+, but the service makes the whole experience something I would suggest everyone avoid. I work across the street from this location which is why I gave it so many chances, but after having to leave my goods for the 3rd time I had to write a review and give up on Mariana's. This store makes Wal Mart look cashier heavy and no one seems to value efficiency or speed. The final straw was yesterday. I tried ordering from their prepared food section, and the guy behind the counter took 20 minutes to ring up a side of rice and a side of beans. He attempted to charge me $7 for a 2 oz. cup of rice and tried to force me just to pay him first and he'd figure out the price difference later. Needless to say, I left. I really love their chips, agua frescas, produce and bakery but if you can't get the food out of the store what's the point?
