  • The kids that work at this location are great and always friendly. The place becomes absolutely unbearable at certain parts of the day because of the huge number of homeless / street people who loiter inside and out. The outside seating area is usually jam-packed with street kids and their dogs who hang out there despite the fact that they aren't patronizing the Starbucks. It is very common to walk inside and see 3-4 people charging their cell phones and using the free wifi...also without buying anything. I get the sympathy aspect for these people but, at some point, management is going to have to start cleaning this up.
