  • OK really, a 5 star rating for this dive? Let me explain. I ask the question: "Is there something that this establishment could do better?" In this case, the answer is no. It's a hot dog joint in a college town. They have hot dogs. However you want them. And the best fries in Pittsburgh. With gravy. And draft beer for 3 bucks in a plastic cup. Sure, they could stand to clean up the place a bit every now and again. But then it wouldn't be the "Dirty O" would it?
