rev:text	From beginning to end this place was so unprofessional. I've been in retail 20 years and expect sales associates, Managnent and everyone in between to treat every client like they are grateful for their business. My sales girl assured me the bust of my dress could be made higher as to reduce cleavage: Nope, found out after alterations is wasn't happening. They ordered me a "different" corset because the one she sold me showed above the back of my dress and above the neckline. That never came even after I called two times to confirm it was ordered. So I suggested and it was approved to alter the back of the corset. Nope. I show up two weeks before my wedding to try on the final alterations, alone, and it seemed fine. So I left the dress and corset(which still needed altering) for final cleaning and steaming until today, the day before the wedding. Show up today with my bridesmaids to pick the dress up for tomorrow's big day, I try the dress on, and guess what?! There are pins ALL over the second layer of my $2,000 wedding gown. They didn't even want me to try it on! Had I not tried it on, I would've put on an unfinished dress with pins all over the day of my wedding. (Not exaggerating, 25+ pins underneath for bustle and side) This store had three months so this wasn't a rushed job in terms of this type of bridal shop. There was a minimal refund but only for the part of the lower part of the dress. I don't mind paying money for something that is of good quality that comes with excellent customer service. I chose this shop because I didn't want to spend $5K+ on a dress. The dress is beautiful but the Managnent, sales and alterations staff have ruined my day before the wedding, and made me and my girls 30 min late to my wedding rehearsal! The only reason they even refunded a little was because they didn't want a scene: there was NO apology to ME, the bride, they avoided looking at me. Spend the extra money and get a dress that'll be prepared properly for you, along with sales associates who have had more than a weeks training for an item that is a huge part of the most important day of their life. PS. Don't chat about your personal life when clients are within earshot!!!!!!! So unprofessional!!!!
