I judge all businesses by how they treat customers they don't know. Recently I stopped by this store with a huge knitting problem. I'm a novice and found a hole, ok multiple holes, in an unfinished knit blanket. (Who knew that temporarily storing it in the garage would provide such a delicious meal for some starving crickets...)
The staff immediately set to work to help me, unraveling rows and rows of damaged knitting. Two women not only assisted me, but put no pressure on me to purchase anything.
It required one more visit to put me on the straight and narrow, (yet another lovely helpful woman this time), and now I've even picked up some skill and confidence.
There's no question as to where I'll go for classes and yarn. This shop is amazing!
