  • We were so excited to check this place out after seeing it on DDD & never could make it before the early closing times. We work late & eat late. They close at 8:30 wkdays & 9:30 weekends. We happen to be in the area & showed up 10 mins before closing on a Sat night. The place looked closed but when we walked in they sat us. Waiter was friendly but in a rush to take our order (understandable). 1/2 the tables had the chairs up on top already & there were more than 5 other tables still eating. They cleaned up the whole time during our meal... I ordered the fried meatballs & a salad. Terrible flat over cooked meatballs with hard edges & no taste. Almost inedible The red sauce was good. My husband ordered the Chicken Marsala. He said it was very good. I wish I got the pizza but I always judge a good Italian Resturant by the meatballs. If they do that right they get a second visit from me! No desert because by then we were the last ones left. We paid & were gone before 10pm. Probably not returning, failed the meatball test. 2,5 rating. Not horrible but not okay.
