rev:text	Poor service. The minute you walk in the environment is very unprofessional, from nail techs yelling to each other, to a tech sitting up front with no shoes on with her feet up reading a magazine. The girl at the front desk was very polite but she was the only one. I had a pedicure with a not very friendly women who was definitely not happy to be where she was. My toe nails looked nice once she was finished, however, I can paint my own nails, I was getting a pedicure for the reason most people do, to get my feet looking nice. I assumed (because every other pedicure I have ever had included it) that making my heels and the rest of my feet look in order was part of the deal. It was not, my heels looked exactly the same as when I had arrived and I had now basically paid $30 to have my nails painted and some lotion put on. After I realized how my feet (aside from the nails) looked, I walked right back in and told them that I was not happy with my service. The woman who had done my pedicure said I got a basic pedicure and thats all I asked for, and that it would cost extra to make my feet look clean and presentable. I would have been fine with that answer had she told me this before I had the service done. Perhaps I am ignorant to what a pedicure entails now, but in the past it was a full service, like a manicure would be. I ended up paying extra for her to fix my heels and needless to say, they still look like crap. At that point I was over it and left. I will not be a returning costumer, and I am extremely unhappy that my treating myself to a pedicure resulted in me regretting the money spent and still having to fix my heels at home.
