  • I had been a faithful client for 3 yrs until today. The entire staff has changed within the last year and I thought the new crew would get it together. Now it seems like even the few good ones have turned bad. Not detailed, lack of dedication and commitment. The owner Juliana and her husband are extremely kind no doubt . However the messy work and lack of improvement has me saying my goodbyes. Poor polishing, massaging, attention to detail, uneven nail length and shape, mate polish not done right, nails not polished from side to side, it literally looks like a press on. I am extremely dissapointed.
