  • Not sure what happened to this place. I've been here for about 4 years and when I moved in things were great. Service requests were filled on the same day. And if they couldn't be filled that day, you would get an update on what's going on. Now, however, the customer service is a mess. It takes several days for simple service request to be completed and it's never completed in the time frame they give you. I'd stay away from here. I'm gone as soon as my lease is up.
