Even though I gave my insurance information to the receptionist the day before my appointment I was told when I showed up I was told that they wouldn't accept it. When I was told she informed me that they had tried calling me several times. The problem is that they knew I was coming from over an hour away and I went there purposely because the only person I know to watch my baby lives in Henderson. I would have already have left to be there on time when they made the first attempt to get ahold of me, not to mention that I still had to drop my baby off. On a personal note I've been dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety and even making an appointment was difficult for me let alone working it around my friends schedule so she could provide daycare. The appointment wasn't until 12:30 p.m. and they had my insurance information the day before at no later than 10 a.m. and if all of that is not bad enough the woman who told me made it sound as if it was my fault for not picking up the phone while I was of course driving because like I said they knew I lived over an hour away. I know that mistakes happen but trying to make it seem as if its my fault it was completely unprofessional.
