  • I purchased a groupon for three eyebrow threadings. I decided to use my first two days before a big job interview. I went in on a Saturday and it was relatively busy but they were able to get me in right away. The available threader started on my eyebrows. She seemed new because she kept stopping and starting. She showed me my brows multiple times while doing it and would continue threading. The last and final showing was where the one star comes in... She took off a half centimeter of the distal portion of my right eyebrow. They were completely uneven and the right side is now short. Another girl came to help and agreed, yea it is short and she will just do my eyebrows next time, as if that helps me! It looks horrendous. Still does and it's a week later. Needless to say I ran crying to ulta to help fix it. The girl there said there was nothing she could do except recommend me brow powder to fill it in. Of course you can't shorten the other side to make it even, then you have two short brows! I am self conscious every day I walk outside and was more so during my big interview. I have 6 more interviews and I'm worried it won't grow back by then. I received a refund from groupon. I did not, however, receive a refund for the product I had to purchase to cover up their atrocity! So maybe they have good people there, but i did not get one. Maybe it's because I used a groupon, but I can tell you this is no way to keep customers! Never going back.
