I am used to great customer service at Starbucks but this Starbucks was the worst. First, their "app wasn't working" so I couldn't pay with my phone (with the money already preloaded for Starbucks). I had to borrow cash from a friend to get coffee. On top of that, the woman working the cash register was extremely rude, didn't apologize, and gave me a ton of attitude about not having another way to pay. It was ridiculous.
