I will pay more and expect less in the future! Such a disappointing experience on your wedding registry. I wanted my gift to be special so picked your company. Big Mistake!
First your online system would not accept the gift card greeting once I placed the order.
To make sure the greeting and wrapping was sent correctly, I called to complete the order. Your Philippine facility took my call. Your phone rep was difficult to understand and by the end of the call I did not have a feeling of confidence.
Now a day later I find that my wedding gift was 1) not acknowledged on the gift registry, 2) arbitrarily sent without the gift wrap that I paid for and 3) I was not called when the decision was made to send my gift unwrapped. Over 2 hours of phone time has been spent on this dilemma.
I have been a Target fan until today. This is definitely not the same company I fell in love with in the past.
