rev:text	I hate to be the person to write a review because someone didn't do go a good job but unfortunately, someone didn't do a good job. Brought my car in - spent $27 on a wash (before tipping) and was warned there was about an hour wait before I was fully committed (very fabulous of them). I have waited longer and it has always been worth the wait - except for this time........ So I bring my car here and always have had great experiences til this last time. It took about 45 minutes for them to call my name and the guy goes, "so can you take a look around and see if I missed anything?" - sure - thanks for asking. There was still bird poop on my car. The car had not been fully wiped down on the exterior. I literally got tired of the dude and went home and finished wiping up my car on my own. My car was clearly still dirty but the guy wasn't helping the situation and I just didn't want to deal with him anymore. The bottom of the rear bumper was still dirty, there were still spots of dirt and remnants of bird poo on my car. The interior was cool though but I've definitely seen them do better. In their defense - my previous experiences have been great. They're always "fabulous" even when it's 110 degrees outside but I don't know what happened with my experience this time. I bring my car here because they usually have it shining inside and out, like it's brand new again. I'll be back and give them another chance since historically, they have done an amazing job for the same package I purchased this time. I'll keep my fingers crossed the next time will be better, however, I was definitely disappointed AF this time. I've had a way better exterior wash and hand dry for $10 elsewhere.
