  • Awesome service! Everything you would want from a computer repair shop, or from any service industry for that matter - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast response, honesty, integrity, reasonable and fair prices. I have a laptop that died, dropped it off, and they called me less than a day later with an estimate for repair. (They provide free estimates, by the way.) I expected the worst - bad motherboard and/or power supply, likely an expensive repair - but they found that the problem was actually a very simple one, and easy to fix. I'll just say that I was ecstatic at the final cost! I've worked as a computer professional for 30 years, although more on the software side than hardware, and these guys are as good as any I've ever encountered.
