We should have known better coming from San Gabriel Valley (home of some of the best Dim Sum in the Western USA) than to go eat Dim Sum in Las Vegas...
We walked in and the staff were very welcoming and kind to us.
They offer Dim Sum (all day) along with their full dining menu. Please keep in mind this review is ONLY for the DIM SUM.
We ordered Pork ShuMai, Har Gow, chicken feet and Pork ribs... All of these dishes were Dim Sum A at $3.58/each
The Shiu Mai looked like frozen prepackaged although the flavor was not so off. There were tiny little pieces of shrimp.
The proportions of wheat and shrimp in the Har Gow were a bit off, you could taste the dough more than the overall flavor.
The chicken feet were tasty. The sauce was a bit too thick and there were only three as supposed to the five that you normally get in most Dim Sum places.
The worst were the Spared pork ribs. It tasted like old meat, or they used expired oil. Too much fat and not enough meat on the ribs.
I wouldn't come back.
Cheers!
