| - VERY slow service at drive-up window. I remember drive-up windows used to be fast service. Paychecks are all supposed to be direct deposit nowadays I guess. I do have to say there's a very friendly lady who is usually my teller, though.
UPDATE:
Zero stars; not even one star for this bank.
I highly don't recommend this bank. I feel shaded and cheated out with no contact from the bank when I had fraudulent transactions on my account. I went through each of my transactions with a representative to be sure we had all fraudulent transactions accounted for, then the department said they would continue with the investigation. I let them do their investigation with no contact from the bank via postal mail, phone call, or email. I thought they were continuing to do their investigation, so I allowed then more time. When I did call the fraud department to check in, a representative said they would contact my bank and have them put the funds into my account. They never did put the funds in, so I left a voicemail with my information (name, last four of my ss#, account #, phone #, and a message stating my problem). They said it would take two days to contact me. That never happened, so I called again. They answered and said they had no information to give me. I called the bank directly and they put me on hold for a while, then the lady told me it has been longer than 60 days and there was nothing they could do for me. This is ridiculous. I was never updated about the fraud or their investigation process. No one called me back when I left a voicemail. I am reporting this bank and my experience to the Better Business Bureau.
