  • I worked with Andrew English in selling my Henderson, NV home. He was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend Congress Realty for their real estate services. Andrew is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and diligent with his work and he really stepped up to make this deal happen. I was involved in a long, dragged-out, frustrating, 3 1/2 month contract with all the delays and problems coming from the buyer's end. There was a lot of back-and-forth negotiating throughout this deal and I'm really glad I choose the full service option....well worth it! In the end after the dust settled and the deal finally closed, I saved over $6K in commissions (assuming traditional 6% commissions paid by the seller). If you are going to sell your home and enjoy saving large amounts of money then you NEED to use Congress Realty.
