  • This is our first time renting from Sixt and I can say that I will be a loyal customer from what I experienced today. We were greeted right when we entered and was immediately helped by Richard. He was friendly, professional, and had great customer service. We had some minor issues with our credit card, and Richard was very understanding and patient with us. At one point we had to come back to fix our credit card. And when we returned he was about to go on break but chose to help us because all of our information was pulled up on his computer screen. Super thoughtful! Besides all the information he needed from us, he asked us what we were planning to do in California and just made conversation. By the way we talked it was like we already knew him. He knew we were also kind of in a hurry so he handled our payment smoothly and we were set. We are super happy with the car we got. Perfect for a family trip and it even had a TV which is a super plus for our 2 year old to watch her movies. The car was clean and had no problems! Thank you Richard for your outstanding service!! We will be back again! And besides Richard, all of the employees that work at Sixt were great too! Super friendly and professional.
