| - This gym HAVES. The potential to be a 4 star maybe 5 stars but they way some (very few of the associates, the way they act is PITIFUL, that includes the main manager here) Going to use the cardio theatre? TIP OF THE DAY, bring your headphones because A LOT of times they don't play the movie until 1. They get to it. 2. You tell them. 3. If you do mention it ( in the most nicest way the Main manager will be SOOOOOOO rude to you) so yea just bring headphones, the manager here had the audacity to tell me.... "We always play our movies on time" ok sir, so I'm the liar, I'm literally sitting here and nobody has played the movie. It's not anyone's responsibility other than the staff to put the movie on. Advice, and no I'm not even being sarcastic, on the back of every movie it tells you how long it last....why not put a timer!?! I know Yall get busy but damn! It has been 20 min now, I wrote this whole thing while doing the bike waiting for the movie to start, but your gym game is on point right!?!?? Oh 30 min guys!!!!! That's how long the wait was today!!! The motivation and purpose the associate comes in to do her job is SO CONTAGIOUS ::sarcasm:: I don't need anyone here to wait and treat me at the sound of the bell, no absolutely not, but if I pay on time, if I say hello to you in a friendly manner, why can't the staff act the same!?! EOS y'all need to invest in some customer service class for your staff because some of them ESPECIALLY your manager could really use it. The curtain showers!!! Why can't we have curtain showers that give you privacy!?!? I didn't want to blast this gym, I wanted to speak to the very main guy in charge "he comes in sporadic" um ok, email!?! Phone number!?!? No, doesn't have one!?!?Soooo if you don't mind this gym being a POS 50-70% of the time and go here for convenience cus it's so close to your home, WELCOME.

Ladies, thank you for all you do. My kid loves it there!!! I give you * * * * (4.5) because there is always room for improvement.
I had an issue and went to the manager he was very arrogant, not apologetic, stubborn, honestly I've never had someone from a company I PAY MONEY TO talk to me that way, especially since I swear to everything I love I WAS NOT BEING RUDE. But yea the reviews speak for the gym so good luck to you man (main mgr), I hope you can acquire leadership,empathy, and charisma in your life because you really need it, I know you come across rude people, but that wasn't me, I'm not like that. Truth hurts, but in your case you could give 2 S.
