  • Good food but customer service is horrible. Placed an order with them and after waiting an hour and a half got a text from delivery driver saying he left food at a completely different address. Called in and let them know what happened and asked them to cancel order and put the credit back on my card. Thought all was resolved. Had to call back a second time to get credit back for the food I never received. Manager apologized and put me down for a free calzone. I called in today to get the free calzone, verified with the lady taking my order that she saw I was owed a free one. Delivery driver showed up asking for payment for the food because it wasn't comped.
