  • I found out about Ecowater in Henderson through Costco and have complete regret ever since. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product or customer service. After three unsuccessful attempts to resolve, I am done with them. Either I was sold a lemon or completely lied to from the outset. In my opinion, I was flat lied to by the sales person. As a result, we are replacing the RO system immediately and taking the hit. Once again, I have nothing but complete regret.
