  • Horrible service. Mixed info. Stay away. This was an urgent stop as I had terrible throat pains and this was the closest to me. Went in he girl at the desk I believe her name was Jackie first says you have a $10 co pay then it was $20 then $35 then I was charged $20 for a strep throats exam. The following day I called my insurance to see what was going on with my co pay they said co pay was only supposed to be $20. So I call this place and she's like oh yeah it can be confusing come in and swipe your card or I can send you a check for the refund I'm like a check is fine as I cant take more time off work. She said ok it'll go out today. A week later I call to see if it was mailed she said waiting on a signature today it will go out today. I called today she said oh let me check just waiting on signature so I said would you like me to stop by why's this taking so long. The manager got on the phone Jessica she said insurance has to process it blah blah. I'm like that's fine but every time I call I get different info she's like yeah you can call your insurance. So unhelpful. So unknowledgeable. & rude. It's not my fault your staff doesn't verify before they swipe. I guess my CC company is my next best bet. Thx for nothing ! UPDATE!!!! I got a letter from my insurance and I should only been charged $20 these people are crooks. All of a sudden Jessica wants to call and discussed my refund. Because I'm sure AMEX called. STAY AWARE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS
