  • The WORST! I recently bought a brand new Element from them. The day we purchased it the check tires light was on. They assured us that it would be checked and taken care of. A couple weeks later the light came back on. We took it in and were reminded that the warranty does not cover tires. Turns out there was a slow leak in one of the tires that could not be repaired. We had to replace the tire. Then I used the service dept for a repair and a oil change. I called ahead and made my appointment and got a price quote of $215 for the repair. I took it in at the appointed time and waited for about 10 minutes for anyone to take my car in. Then I was informed that they have no record of my appointment and that the estimate was WAY off. He said "I don't know how he could give you an estimate without looking at it anyway" then I explained what was wrong with it and he gave me an estimate- to which I replied "how can you give me an estimate without looking at it?" The guy on the phone estimated the repair to take about 2 hours, but the guy at the service dept told me it would take 4 hours at least! uuuggghhh! How frustrating! So I put in a call to my husband and dragged him out of bed to come pick me up. I needed to do some shopping nearby so I walked over to the Promenade. I got home 2 hours later and started cooking breakfast when Right Honda calls and says the car is ready. So my husband got up for nothing and now we had to turn right around and go back. Honestly, if it wasn't a urgent repair I would have turned around when he said he had no record of my appointment. So My husband and I return to pay and pick up the car. I complained again about how bad the service was and what a nightmare our whole experience was and mentioned we would never return. The cashier just told us it was our fault for going in on Saturday and that they are always super busy and understaffed on Saturday. Wouldn't you think that would be something to fix? Then we were told they don't take checks- we wrote a check for our vehicle last time we were there, I think we can cover a $360 check! Remember the $215 quote- yep, turned out to cost us $360. We are supposed to get a free oil change for our new Element but I'd rather pay than set foot in Right Honda again. When I got home I looked at the list of services performed for the oil change. They were supposed to change the oil filter and air filter as part of the service, but they just checked that the air filter needs to be changed. I can do that, but I just paid THEM to do that! I'm so angry!
