Solid place. These gals have a lot of experience and know what they're doing. My boyfriend gets a lot of work done here and they had messed up on a large order and they redid it for free... when he called I heard the head seamstress sigh loudly when we brought up the error we had noticed and then she cheerily said they would fix it. I have a feeling she passed on a simple job to one of the less senior seamstresses and she screwed it up. I think someone probably got yelled at.
Anyways, these ladies are solid and fast and easy to explain things to despite a bit of a language barrier with some of them. They really "get it" and are very reasonable in price and the quality of their work is awesome.
I'm a seamstress myself dealing with vintage clothing mainly and I'm impressed with their work.
