  • Second time in 4 months they have called and said car was ready and both times when i picked up the car to drive it home it pulled so hard to the right I had to drive back and spend hours waiting for them to fix it. I understand that cars drive different when tires are rotated but not pulling so hard to the right that you have to fight the wheel, especially when they charged me for balancing (explanation the first time was that they were busy and just forgot, second time blamed it on the tire rotation and bekt shufting and a bunch of other technical "might bes"). I had gotten a credit card with "Mr Tire" for discounts but clearly its not worth all the wasted time and trouble. This place has really gone down hill since the change in ownership.
