  • Horrible!! My sister and I went to get manicures and we both got French tips. The next day both of our nails started to crack. I called and asked if we could come back on Monday to get them re done because we are out of town for our aunt's funeral till Sunday. The lady on the phone kept explaining that they may crack if they aren't dry, well the problem with that is we sat under the dryers for 40 minutes and the lady told us we were ok to go. The lady on the phone also proceeded to tell me that they could re do it if it were 1 or 2 nails but not a whole hand. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?! It is not my fault that they all decided to crack. I have done nothing to be rough on my nails causing them to crack. I also offered to take pictures and send them to someone to see we weren't lying, but she denied that offer. The polish is cheap and I will not be going back to this place ever again after they fix my nails for free! It makes me really upset because the manicure was my gift to my sister for her birthday. It was her first ever manicure too. This is not a good place.
