I put three stars because there are positives and negatives of every apartment complex and this one is definitely in the middle. I would reccomend this place if you live by yourself or if it's just you and your significant other. It's pet friendly but you will be glared at if you have a bigger dog (I have a 7 month old Husky puppy) and you don't mind being a part of a community because I feel that makes living here better the fact I somewhat know my neighbors. My negatives are 1) parking: their is only one assigned parking space per apartment so if you have two cars then one of the cars has to be uncovered which can be frustrating if you have to park farther away then you will like too. 2) Neighbors: me and my husband are 21 - 23 and we get constant older people glaring at us and our dogs. We have fixed some issues with our neighbors because the office didn't when we asked them for some mediation because I didn't feel comfortable bugging a random neighbor and last but not least 3) the office personnal: Jan S. Who works at the office complex, run away from her. She is very unprofessional and a very rude person. From what I have heard from my neighbors and from my own personal run in's with her. All the rest of the workers are really nice and do 110% just run from Jan S. So I'll say it's 50/50. If you have kids this place is child friendly but from my experience its the "village" mentality and I wouldnt be comfartable if I had kids. If your upset with something or you want the best of the best talk to the apartment manager Tiffani, she is really nice and tries to help you with whatever you need.
